Tekniksat 1992 yılında Erdal Yukarıkozan tarafından kurulmuştur. Şirketimizin Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı olan Erdal Yukarıkozan resmi ve özel sektörlerde birçok proje ve sanayi yatırımının gerçekleştirilmesinde önemli görevler üstlenmiştir.

Firma olarak, başlangıcından bugüne kadar geliştirilen üretimentegrasyonu ile yüksek teknolojiye dayalı, kalite belgeli üretimler sürdürülmüştür. Tekniksat Elektronik, uydu, fiber optik kablo TV yerel anten dağıtım sistemleri alanında faaliyet göstermektedir.

Nurşah Sunay: Tekniksat’ın faaliyet alanları, ürünleri nelerdir?

Behiye Yukarıkozan: Tekniksat üstün teknolojisiyle Fiber optik ve ürünlerini üreterek ülkesine katma değerleri kazandıran teknoloji üreten firmadır. Uydu sistemleri ve multiswitchler, fiber optik sistemler, mobil otobüs, merkezi televizyon yayın ses görüntü medya sistemleri ve headend sistemler üretimini modern tesislerinde müşterilerin isteklerine göre tasarlayarak üretim yapmaktadır.

Yeni çıkardığınız ürünler var diye biliyoruz, detaylarını öğrenebilir miyiz?

Tekniksat üstün teknolojisiyle Tübitak destekli projelerinde fiber optik, Headent uydu sistemleri, Multifocus anten ürünlerini üreterek ülkesine katma değerleri kazandıran teknoloji üreten firmadır. Üretim, tasarım ve işleme %100 yerli ve ileri teknoloji kullanılarak kendi bünyesinde yapılmaktadır.

Fabrikanız hakkında bilgi alabilir miyiz?

Sektörde ilkleri gerçekleştiren üretici bir firmadır. Tekniksat, technoline ve ultrasat markaları adı altında yaklaşık olarak 1500 çeşit ürünü stoğunda bulundurmaktadır. Sektöründe yer alan birçok yerli ve yabancı firmalara OEM olarak uydu sistemleri ve multiswitchler fiber optik sistemler mobil otobüs merkezi televizyon yayın ses görüntü medya sistemleri ve headend sistemler üretimini modern tesislerinde müşterilerin isteklerine göre Tasarlayarak üretim yapmaktadır.

Bugün geniş bir üretim spektrumu ile yurt içi ve yurt dışı pazarlarda hizmet verilmektedir. Firmamız, sektörlerinde dünyanın önde gelen firmalarıyla başta Almanya, Hollanda, Yunanistan, Romanya, Türkmenistan, Azerbaycan, Katar, Kuveyt, Suudi Arabistan, Fas, Libya, Kamerun, Cezayir olmak üzere; BAE, İran, Irak, Suriye, Mısır, İsrail ve diğer ülkeler ile temsilcilik OEM üretim ve teknolojik işbirliğine dayalı ortak üretim yapmaktadır.

Avrupa, Asya, Amerika, Afrika kıtalarında birçok ülkeye direkt ve endirekt olarak ihracat yapılmaktadır. Bunların yanı sıra dış ülkelere direkt satış pazarlarımızın genişletilmesi için yoğun çalışmalarımız ve fuar faaliyetlerimiz aralıksız sürmektedir.

Hızla büyüyen ihracat potansiyelimiz sonucunda firmamız, 2012 yılında “Türkiye’nin, yükselen yıldızları” olarak tüketicinin güvenine layık görülmüştür. Aynı yıl TUBİTAK tarafından Ar&Ge desteği ile yurtiçinde de birçok resmi, askeri ve özel kuruluşla sürekli ve düzenli iş ilişkilerimiz firmamızın önemli referanslarını oluşturmaktadır.

Firmanızın istihdamını öğrenebilir miyiz?

BY: Firma olarak, başlangıcından bugüne kadar geliştirilen üretim entegrasyonu ile yüksek teknolojiye dayalı, kalite belgeli üretimler sürdürülmüştür. Ar-Ge, elektronik, elektromekanik, üretim hatları, mekanik atölyesi olarak genel anlamda ifade etmek mümkündür. T.C. Devlet Planlama Teşkilatı’nın Kosgeb’ in muhtelif teşvikleri ile pek çok profesyonel amaçlı elektronik cihaz ve parçanın üretildiği 3500 m2’ lik kapalı üretim alanına ulaşılmıştır. Mamüllerimizin çoğu yurdumuzda ilk kez üretilmiştir.

Sizce sektörün kalifiye eleman sorunu var mı?

Tekniksat’ ın sektördeki lider konumu kendi ürününü Ar-Ge’ sinde tasarlayıp üretebilme ve müşterilerine esnek çözümler getirebilmek gücüne dayanmaktadır. Üretim, proje, taahhüt, Ar-Ge faaliyetlerini kapsayan teknolojik çözümler kendi bünyesinde istihdam ettiği deneyimli yeniliğe açık teknik çekirdek kadrosuyla tüketici haklarına ve sorumlu aktif kadrosuyla ürünlerini gerçekleştirmektedir.

Ürünlerinizin teknik destek ve garanti şartları nasıl?

Üretimini yaptığımız ürünlerin Türkiye’ de yetkili servisleri mevcuttur. Garanti süresinde arızalar ücretsizdir ve satış sonrası teknik desteklerimiz vardır.

Uyguladığınız kalite politikasının ana temasını oluşturan başlıklarınız nelerdir?

Tekniksat ürettiği her ürünün arkasındadır ve yeni teknolojilerle ürünlerimiz imal edilmektedir. Tekniksat müşteri memnuniyetini kendisine ilke edinmiştir.

Firmanızın 2012 yılına dair ve daha uzun vadeli hedefleri nelerdir?

Tekniksat birçok ilkeye imzasını atmış olmanın da gururunu taşıyor bünyesinde sadece kaliteli bir üretim süreci bulundurmakla yetinmeyen Tekniksat tasarım alanındaki yeniliklerden satış ve satış sonrası hizmetlere kadar her alanlarda müşteri memnuniyetini daima kendisine temel ilkesi olarak yaşama geçiriyor.

Could we get some information about Tekniksat?

Tekniksat was founded by Erdal Yukarıkozan in 1992. The President of our company’s Board of Directors, Erdal Yukarıkozan, has undertaken many important duties in project and industry investments for both governmental and private enterprises. As the firm, the production, focusing on advanced technology with quality certificates, has been carried out with the developed production integration since the foundation of the company to this day. Tekniksat Electronics operates in the areas of satellites, fiber-optical cables, local TV network distribution.

What are the areas of operation and the products of Tekniksat?

Tekniksat is a company which grants its country with added value by producing Fiber-optics and its products with its superior technology; in other words it produces technology. It designs and manufactures satellite systems and multi-switches, fiber-optical systems, mobile bus, central TV broadcast, sound, video, media systems and headend systems in its modern facilities.

We know that you have created new products, will you give us some details?

Tekniksat, which grants its country with added values by producing fiber-optics, Headend satellite systems, Multifocus antenna products on its projects that are supported by TÜBİTAK, is company that produces technology. The production, designing and processing are carried out within its own body by using 100% domestic and advance technology.

Could we get information about your factory?

It is a manufacturing company that makes first achievement in the sector. Tekniksat has nearly 1500 different types of products at stock under the brands technoline and ultrasat. It designs and produces satellite systems as OEM and multi-switches, fiber-optical systems, mobile bus centers television broadcast, audio and video media systems and headend system according to the demands of the customers at its modern facilities for many domestic and foreign firms in the sector.

Do you export? If you do, can we learn the details?

Today we serve to the domestic and foreign markets with a wide spectrum of products. Our company does production based on technological cooperation representation and OEM production with the leading companies of the world in their sector for primarily to Germany, Netherlands, Greece, Romania, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria; and UAE, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Israel and other countries. We directly and indirectly export to many countries in the continents Europe, Asia, America and Africa. Moreover our extensive studies and fair operations are kept on unceasingly in order to broaden our direct sales market to foreign countries.

As a result of our rapidly growing exporting potential, our firm was granted with confidence of the consumers as “Rising stars of Turkey” in 2012. With the R&D support of TÜBİTAK in the same year, our company added continual and regular work relations many governmental, military and private institutions to its references.

How do you see the development of your sector?

Tekniksat moves rapidly forward on its path with an intensive amount of R&D studies in order to achieve the goals it set. Our firm, which always intends to offer high-quality service and products that are in compliance with the international standards and the qualifications, defined by ISO 9001:2000 with the active leadership of the management and the contribution of all its employees, is the largest private sector enterprise, which maintains customers satisfaction, trains and motivates its employees with the notion of high-quality all the time, cares about the individual and public benefits, places importance in the R&D studies, has the principle of “Maintaining Decisiveness and Continuity in its Strategies”, which also isenterprising and environmentalist, in its sector in our country.

Could we learn about the employment of your company?

Then firm has maintained quality certified production, based on high technology and the developed production integration since the beginning to this day. It can be generally expressed as R&D, electronic, electromechanics, production line, mechanics workshop. We have reached 3500m2 covered area of production, where many professional electronic devices and pieces with particular incentives of Republic of Turkey-State Planning Organization’s Kosgeb (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization). Most of our products have been produced for the first time in Turkey.

Do you think the sector has a problem with lack of qualified employees?

The leading position of Tekniksat in the sector stems from its capability of designing producing its own products at its own R&D and bringing out flexible solutions for its customers. The technological solutions, including R&D studies, production, project and contracting, and the products are achieved with its experienced core technical team, who are open to innovations, and the active staff who are responsible and respectful to the consumer rights.

What are the target masses, you are directed at?

Our target mass consists of: Hotels, motels, villas, mass housing, summerhouses, residences and Shopping centers.

How are the technical support and warranty conditions of your products?

The products, we manufacture, have authorized service supports in Turkey. Maintenance for the malfunctions during the warranty time is free of charge and we have post-sales technical support.

What are the main topics of the quality policy that you apply?

Tekniksat is behind every product that ir manufactures and produces its products with new technologies. Tekniksat has taken customer satisfaction as a principle for itself.

What are the goals of your firm for 2012 and for longer terms?

BY: Tekniksat feels proud of having put its signature on many principles. Tekniksat does not only contain a high quality production process within its body, it also takes it as the main principle to ensure customer satisfaction on many processes ranging from the innovations in the area of design to sales and post-sales services.
