Kısaca Oxiron LED firmasından bahseder misiniz?
Oxironbir Alman firması. Biz de Akser LED ve Elektronik A.Ş. olarak Oxiron’un Türkiye ‘de ki tek iş ortağıyız. Karşılıklı olarak yapmış olduğumuz anlaşma çerçevesinde Almanya’da şuan satışı yapılan Oxiron LED lerinin Türkiye’de imalatını yapıp buradan Almanya’ya ve diğer dünya ülkelerine ihracatını yapacağız.
Üretim kapasitenizden ve çalışanlarınızdan bahseder misiniz?
3000 m2 kapalı alanda aynı alan içerisinde 250 kişiyi istihdam edebilecek kapasitedeyiz. Eleman sayımızı henüz arttırmadık. Satacağımız LED lerle doğru orantılı olarak işimizi istediğimiz şekilde büyütebileceğimiz geniş bir fabrikamız var.
Yılda ortalama 1,5 milyon adet LED üretebilme kapasitemiz var. Bunun için kapasite raporumuzu aldık, TSE için gerekli yerlere başvurumuzu yaptık.
İhracat yapıyor musunuz?
İhracat yapacağız. Almanya başta olmak üzere İtalya, Rusya, Birleşik Krallık, Fransa ve Irak pazarına ihracat yapmayı hedefliyoruz.
Ürünlerinizden ve kalitesinden biraz bahseder misiniz? İnsanlar neden Oxiron LED’i seçmeli?
Ürün grubumuz özellikle sıva üstü ve sıva altı LED panel. İnsanlar kalitemizden ve fiyatımızdan dolayı bizi tercih edecekler. Ürünlerimiz fabrikamızdaki tüm testlerden geçip, TSE belgeli, 2 yıl garantili ve faturalı olacak.
Biz sadece armatür satmıyoruz, ışık satıyoruz. LED i sadece montaj olarak yapmıyoruz. Saatte 82 bin komponent dizebilecek Smd dizgi makinalarımızla LED in çipini burada dizerek montajını burada yaparak ve diğer aksamlarını tamamlayarak üretim gerçekleştiriyoruz.
Ürünlerimizin kasasının %50 si burada % 50 si yurtdışında yapılıyor. Biz sadece montaj yapan bir firma değiliz. Gerçek üreticiyiz. Artık Türkiye ve Çin’deki üretim maliyetleri birbirine çok yakın. Türk firmalarının üretim gücünü ve kalitesini Almanya başta olmak üzere tüm dünyaya göstermek istiyoruz. Bahsetmiş olduğum tüm bu ayrıcalıklardan dolayı insanlar Oxiron LED’i tercih edecektir.
Önümüzdeki dönem planlarınız nelerdir?
2016 yılı içerisinde 1,5 milyon LED panel üretimi gerçekleştireceğiz. Bunlar özellikle sıva altı ve sıva üstü LED panel olacak.
Türkiye’de Ağustos 2015’te alınan vergilerden sonra bizim gibi birçok firma LED i Türkiye’de üretmek için yatırım yapıyor. Çok güçlü bir firmayız.
30 yıldır Universal grup olarak ticaretin aktif olarak içerisindeyiz. Tekstil alanında 1000 kişilik fabrikamızla Türkiye’nin en büyük Polen üreticisiyiz. Tekstilde elde etmiş olduğumuz başarıyı LED sektöründe de Oxiron LED markasıyla sağlayacağız.
İçinde bulunduğunuz LED sektörüyle ilgili görüşleriniz nelerdir?
Pazar çok büyük. LED sektörü de Türkiye’de çok yeni. Bunun bilincindeyiz o nedenle LED e yatırım yaptık. Şuan pazarın %10 u LEDe dönmüş durumda.
Çok ciddi rakamlar söz konusu. Tabii ki bunlar özel ürünlerle ve kaliteli olan ürünlerle gerçekleşecek.
Herkes ithalatçıyım, üreticiyim diyor ama Türkiye’de gördüğüm çok az firma var. Bizim örnek aldığımız Vestel var. Onların araladığı kapıdan bizlerde onlar gibi yatırım yaparak devam edeceğiz. Bizler büyük sanayicileriz o mantıkla yatırım yapıyoruz. Önce istihdam yaratacağız sonra kalitemizle birlikte Türkiye’de çok güzel bir şekilde satışımızı gerçekleştireceğimize inanıyoruz.
Hedeflerimiz büyük çünkü LED pazarı çok yeni. Bizim gibi yerli üretici kıvamındaki firmalar gönül verir, devletimizde bize destek verir ise bizler çok daha iyi yerlere gelebiliriz.

Can you please tell us about Oxiron LED?
Oxiron is a German brand.And we are, as Akser LED & Electronics Inc., the sole business partner of Oxiron in Turkey.As part of the business deal we have made, we are manufacturing the Oxiron LED products which are available in the Germany market in Turkey and we are exporting these products to Germany and other countries.
Can you please give us information about your production capacity and your staff?
We are operating in an indoors area of 3,000m2 and currently 250 people are employed.We have not yet increased the number of people we employ.We have a manufacturing plant which gives us the flexibility to increase our capacity in direct proportion with the number of LEDs we will be selling.
On average, we have a capacity to manufacture 1.5 million LEDs a year.We have issued our capacity report and submitted for TSE accordingly.
Do you also have export operations?
We will be exporting.Our goal is to export to several countries especially Italy, Russia, UK, France and Iraq not to mention Germany.
Can you tell us about your products and quality?Why should we prefer Oxiron LED?
Our product range includes especially surface-mounted and flush-mounted products.People will be preferring us for our quality and reasonable prices.Our products have passed the factory tests and they will be available with TSE certificate and 2 years guarantee.We are not only selling luminaires, we are selling the light.
We are not only mounting LED parts.We are lining chips for LEDs, we are mounting the parts in our manufacturing plant and delivering the end product thanks to our Smt placement equipment which operates with a capacity of 82,000 components an our.
50% of our product housing are manufactured here in Turkey while the remaining 50% is manufactured abroad.We are not a company which only mounts parts.
We are a real manufacturer.Today, the manufacturing costs are almost the same in Turkey and China.We want to show the manufacturing power of Turkish firms to Germany and to the world.Given the information stated above, people will be preferring Oxiron LED.
What are your plans for the close future?
We will be manufacturing 1.5 million LED panels in 2016.These will include especially surface-mounted and flush-mounted products.
As a result of the tax reduction made in August, 2015 many companies are willing to manufacture LED in Turkey.We are a strong company.
We have been operating in the industry for 30 years under the umbrella of Universal Group.We are the largest Polen manufacturer of Turkey with 1,000 employees in terms of textiles.We will repeat the success we have achieved in textiles this time with Oxiron LED brand in the LED industry.
What do you think about the LED industry you are operating in?
The market is very big.And LED industry is quite new for Turkey.We set off with this knowledge in mind.Today, 10% of the market focuses on LED.It is an important market share with promising numbers.Of course, special products and quality will be prevailing.
Everybody claims that they are exporters or manufacturer but the number of serious firms in Turkey is rather slim.
We take Vestel as an example.We will also be investing like them following the path they have paved.We are big industrialists and we are investing with a mindset suitable for big industrialists.We will first create employment and then we will reach at a good position with our quality in Turkey in terms of sales.
Our goal is a challenging one as the LED market is rather new.If local manufacturers like us place all they have into the business and if the government supports us then it will be possible to prevail.
