Tarihi Beyoğlu Belediyesi Binası ile İski Sancaktepe ve Sultanbeyli Yönetim binaları Makel Akıllı Ev ve Otomasyon Sistemleri ile yenileniyor.Makel Şirketler Grubu, Troya Müzesinden sonra yenileme çalışmaları süren tarihi Beyoğlu Belediye binası ile İski’ye ait Sancaktepe ve Sultanbeyli yönetim merkezleri için kolları sıvadı.
Aslına uygun olarak restore edilen Beyoğlu Belediye binası tamamlandığında, belediye başkanlık makamı, belediye meclisi ve destek birimleri binada göreve devam edecek.
Enerji tasarrufuna yönelik olarak projede Makel Smarthome Akıllı Bina Otomasyon Sistemi ile aydınlatma, perde ve bazı iklimlendirme elemanları otomasyon sistemi kapsamında akıllı anahtar ve uzaktan erişim (iphone,ipad vs.) cihazlarıyla kontrol edilebilecektir.
Sistem sayesinde enerji tüketimi azaltılarak enerji tasarrufu sağlanacak, bununla birlikte akıllı anahtarlara yüklenecek çeşitli çalışma koşullarına uygun senaryolarla , aydınlatma ve diğer elemanlar, içinde bulundukları koşula uygun olarak çalışacaklardır.
Böylece tasarruf ile birlikte konforlu bir çalışma ortamı Beyoğlu Belediyesi sağlanmış olacaktır. İski Yönetim Binaları’nda ise enerji verimliliğini sağlamak amacıyla aydınlatma otomasyonu düşünülmüş olup, bu çerçevede aydınlatmaların merkezi ve uzaktan erişim ile kontrolü ve izlemesi mümkün olacak şekilde projelendirilmiştir. Her iki projede de tüm aydınlatma otomasyon sistemleri Makel Smarthome ürünleri ile gerçekleştirecektir.
The Municipality Of Beyoglu And Iski Have Chosen Makel’s Smarthome Project
The historical town house of the Municipality of Beyoglu along with Iski administration buildings located in Sancaktepe and Sultanbeyli are being renovated with Makel Smart Home and Automation Systems.
Makel Corporate Group has undertaken the renovation work of the historical town house of the Municipality of Beyoglu along with Iski administration buildings located in Sancaktepe and Sultanbeyli right after Troy Museum.
Municipality chair, municipal council and support units will continue their operations in the Beyoglu town house after the restorations. Makel Smarthome Automation System was chosen in order to maximize energy efficiency and lighting, shade and some of the air conditioning units will be remotely controlled using smart switches and smart devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.).
The system will reduce energy consumption therefore making it possible to save energy while the scenarios preset in the smart switches will run lighting and the other equipment in accordance with their relevant setting. So, comfortable working environment and energy savings will meet for the Municipality of Beyoglu. Nevertheless, İski administration buildings will also be equipped with lighting automation system in order to provide energy efficiency and central and remote control options for the luminaires were designed accordingly. Both projects will be using Makel Smarthome products for the entire lighting automation system.
